We had the roast lamb leg for lunch on Sunday and it was excellent - the whole family commented on the texture and flavour.  Leftovers are usually eaten by my wife and I as my two girls do not like the fat attached to
cold lamb.  There was so little fat left on the lamb that everyone enjoyed cold lamb the next day.

Hogget is just fantastic, for us it is far better with the slightly richer flavour.

We had some roast beef the weekend before last and it was excellent - the joint was so large that my wife confidently expected to get a cottage pie out of it; nothing doing, it was gone through sandwiches and cold well
before that.  The lamb has also been delicious and we are gradually ploughing our way through it - special guests get roast lamb or beef!!
